Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Overview
We offer offer refunds or exchanges if there is a defect with your spring or we have sent you the wrong spring.
Refunds and exchanges are only possible if you return the spring to us.
Our product warrantee lasts for five years. If more than five years have passed since your purchase, a refund or exchange won’t be possible.
Refund and Exchange Process
Returns
To return your spring for a refund or exchange, please first email us at nelson.collie@statusguns.com and explain why you are returning it.
If we agree a return is within our policies, you can post or courier your spring to:

Given the unit cost of each Miroku spring, you may consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance to return it. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Inspection
Once your spring is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Refund credit
If you are approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to your PayPal account.
Please note: all shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you’re waiting for a refund credit, please check the PayPal account that was used to purchase the spring. It may take several days for a refund to show.
If you’re still waiting on the refund after a week, please email us at nelson.collie@statusguns.com.
Exchange
If you are approved for an exchange, we will send your new spring to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your exchanged spring to reach you will vary.
If you haven’t seen your replacement spring within three weeks, please email us at nelson.collie@statusguns.com.
